会议背景  Event Background

随着新能源汽车发展已上升至国家战略，新能源汽车产业发展呈现出方兴未艾之势。车辆新能源化、电价扶持、免征购置税等一系列利好政策接连出台。2012年7月，筹备多年的《节能与新能源汽车产业发展规划（2012~2020年）》（以下简称《规划》）正式出台，这项被誉为中国新能源汽车产业纲领性的《规划》出台之后引发政府、企业等多方关注。《规划》明确指出，争取到2015年，纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力汽车累计产销量达到50万辆，到2020年超过500万辆。而面临重大发展机遇的同时，新能源汽车的商业化也遇到了一些挑战和瓶颈，如充电设施不完善、政策措施不到位、相关规划不明确、市场定位不清晰、部分关键技术尚未成熟等等。

本次峰会将解析如今新能源汽车的准入政策，以及分享长三角地区新能源汽车推进的经验。同时，结合现有的储能及电控技术，共同探讨未来新能源汽车技术的研发方向。也将会从投资角度审视新能源汽车产业，首次探讨新能源汽车的智能化发展，结合大数据解决方案及移动终端平台，就如何有效使用和管理新能源汽车大量的行使数据展开讨论。

现诚邀您出席本次会议，届时将邀请国内外的整车制造商、电网公司、电池厂商、零部件供应商、核心技术提供商、能源公司、互联网公司、智能化解决方案提供商和政府官员一起，就新能源汽车产业当下面临的机遇、挑战和对策进行为期两天富有建设性和创意性的讨论。

With the State Council upgrading the Energy Saving & New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan for 500 thousand EVs, the new energy vehicle industry gets a focus of attention. While meeting the challenge of deficiency of policies, infrastructure, marketing position, and partial core technology and so on, we still believe in the business opportunities in this industry.
