连接 

      材料谈完了,我们来谈连接。每个部分的材料部件连接起来,才构成结构。当然,车身结构是设计之初的事情,就比如孙博士提到爱驰的纵横八环笼式车身,都是为了车身的刚度设计。还比如,爱驰使用的真空压铸铝减震塔和扭转盒,也是为了提升车身扭转刚度应用的,通常在豪华车上比较常见。

      连接技术是整车轻量化中非常重要的一部分。 我们可以把材料做得非常轻,但最终无法使用的原因往往是连接不上。 连接技术最常见的就是焊接和铆接。

孙博士提到一句话,能用焊接技术的地方,就一定不会用铆接技术。在技术突破上,焊接工艺存在更大的难点。而使用铆接技术,钉子也有重量,也要成本:)

铆接技术通常使用在材料差异比较大的地方。

通过钉子来看连接工艺 

      像爱驰这种的上钢下铝车身,就应用了自冲铆 SPR 和热融自攻丝 FDS 技术。爱驰强调,他们还应用了全球首款相同厚度的热成型钢和铝板的 SPR 连接。

首次展出的电池包液冷系统

       在爱驰自研的电池包设计中,也能看到爱驰对铝材的使用。可以感受到,这是一家会聪明地使用材料的公司。前面说过了,当我们谈一家公司怎么用材料的时候,最终还是谈他们用材料的策略。爱驰的策略,还是尽量以易用的角度,保证车辆基础的安全和操控性能,同时,尽可能地在材料的使用上做到有所创新。简单说,有追求,同时,也很细腻。

      最后总结一下对大家可能有帮助的谈吐小知识: 

      1、车辆碰撞安全性主要看的是强度。材料强度提高了,厚度可能就会做薄。但以钢板的厚薄来判断一辆车是否安全不可取。 2、能量永远是守恒的,碰撞时车身结构如果没有足够吸能,那能量一定会去其他的地方。完全以日常肉眼可见的溃缩变形程度来判断车辆是否安全,也是不可取的。 3、强度决定了车身的安全性,刚度与车辆的 NVH 和舒适性能相关。4、焊接能解决的问题就不会用铆接。 5、材料选择没有对错,钢的可玩空间很大,铝的变化较小。 6、非严谨统计,每减 100 kg 车重,续航里程可提升 5%。7、热成型钢是一个工程问题,而冷成型钢是一个科学问题。

一、会议背景/ Background
  
  2018年中国汽车市场产销量双双首次下跌,但新能源汽车一枝独秀,在双积分及新能源汽车鼓励政策的双重驱动下,产销增长仍高于60%。同时在补贴政策和长续航的市场驱动下,量产乘用车电池PAck能量密度持续增加,部分车型已超过150kw/kg。这既得益于电池、性能开发能力的提升,也得益于轻量化技术的应用。

  2019年是中国新能源汽车发展路线具有里程碑意义的一年。2018年12月15日,中国科协主席万钢同志在人民日报撰文《促进新能源汽车产业健康发展》,提出应及时把产业化重点向燃料电池汽车拓展。4月23日,工信部发言人表示,将大力推进我国氢能及燃料电池汽车产业的创新发展。为我国新能源汽车产业发展奠定了基调,即纯电动汽车与氢燃料电池汽车协同发展,并且将长期并存互补。
  
  2019 is a milestone in the development of China's new energy vehicles.   无论是电动汽车,还是氢燃料电池汽车,轻量化技术都是新能源汽车发展的核心关键技术之一。轻量化的发展离不开高强度钢、镁铝合金塑料碳纤维复合材料轻量化材料的应用,也涉及全新的设计理念、结构设计、成形工艺、性能评价与验证方法的应用。在新能源汽车补贴政策退坡的大环境下,如何选择合适的轻量化技术路线,兼顾汽车性能、续航和成本,这对整个汽车行业都是极大的挑战。
